We are looking for an experienced Collections Manager to join our team in Tunis. You will be responsible for managing customer receivables and implementing necessary actions to ensure the recovery of outstanding amounts.
Work hours are aligned with the Canadian market: From 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM with a one-hour break.
Responsabilites
- Manage customer receivables and track payments
- Implement effective actions for recovering overdue amounts
- Communicate proactively with clients to resolve financial disputes
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize recovery processes
- Prepare regular reports on outstanding receivables and recovered amounts
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English
- Knowledge of additional languages
- Experience with Odoo
