We are looking for a Logistics, Production, and Transport Coordinator/Supervisor to manage and optimize logistics and production operations on behalf of our clients based in Canada. The candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing production flows, supplies, and transportation, ensuring that deadlines and costs are met.

Working hours are adapted to the Canadian market: from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM during summer and from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM in winter, with a one-hour break.

Responsabilites

  • Coordinate the activities of the supply chain units, ensuring the efficient flow of materials and the delivery of parts and supplies according to the established schedule
  • Work closely with the production supervisor to define production schedules, optimize costs, and meet deadlines
  • Consult with warehouse and production supervisors, as well as purchasing and inventory teams, to ensure material availability and inventory management across different sites
  • Monitor stocks of materials and parts needed for production, anticipate needs, and ensure all resources are available to meet production goals
  • Write and maintain detailed reports on project progress, material usage, production rates, and other performance indicators via an ERP system (manual or computerized)
  • Supervise and coordinate logistics of parts and materials, both within the facility and between different production units and job sites

Required Skills

  • Degree in logistics, mechanical engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in French
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, with solid experience in logistics, production, or transportation management
  • Experience with an ERP system for tracking operations and inventory
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to improve logistics and production process efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate teams effectively, both remotely and internally
