We are looking for a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing and executing our Digital Marketing strategies to drive the growth of our clients.
Working hours are aligned with the Canadian market, from 11 AM to 8 PM, with a one-hour break.
Responsabilites
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns
- Design and create content for our various communication channels
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (Google & Meta Ads)
- Analyze campaign performance with Google Analytics and suggest improvements
- Manage CRM tools, particularly Odoo, to ensure effective client relations
- Develop email marketing campaigns and monitor their performance
- Present regular performance reports
Required Skills
- Degree in Marketing (Bachelor's or Master's) or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing
- Mastery of design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience with CRM tools, particularly Odoo
- Experience in writing optimized content
- Solid understanding of email marketing strategies
- Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Creativity, initiative, and the ability to work independently
Nice to Have
- Mastery of design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Knowledge of UX Design
- Google Ads and/or Analytics Certifications
- Additional languages
- Experience with the Canadian market
