We are seeking a creative, passionate, dynamic, and experienced UI & UX Designer to join our team. As a designer, you will play a key role in developing and managing our software products, working closely with technical teams, the product owner, marketing specialists, and external stakeholders.
Work hours adapted to the Canadian market: From 12 PM to 9 PM during summer hours and from 1 PM to 10 PM during winter hours, with a one-hour break.
Responsabilites
- Design and create attractive, intuitive, and functional user interfaces for the social application, following UI & UX best practices
- Collaborate closely with the development team to translate functional requirements into effective, user-friendly designs
- Conduct in-depth user, competitor, and industry trend research to propose innovative, user-focused design solutions
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts
- Conduct user testing to evaluate design effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Work with developers and the product owner to ensure accurate implementation of UI & UX designs
- Stay updated with the latest UI & UX trends and best practices to maintain a cutting-edge design approach
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design or a related field
- Proven experience in UI & UX design, preferably for mobile or social applications
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or equivalents.
- Strong understanding of UI & UX principles, layout grids, typography, color schemes, and iconography
- Excellent visual communication and storytelling skills to create cohesive and appealing user interfaces
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, graphic designers, and project managers
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address design challenges with creative and efficient solutions
- Awareness of current design trends and ability to incorporate them meaningfully into UI & UX designs
