Operating internationally, particularly in the Canadian market, our approach integrates strategy, creativity, and productivity for optimal results.

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to a diverse Canadian clientele. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for efficiently managing their daily tasks and facilitating their experience with our team.

Working hours adapted to the Canadian market: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM during summer and 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM in winter, with a one-hour break

Responsabilites

  • Plan and coordinate meetings, calls, and events
  • Manage business travel, including flight and hotel bookings
  • Ensure clear and effective communication with clients, colleagues, and external partners, primarily in French and English
  • Draft and format emails, reports, and presentations
  • Manage incoming phone calls and emails
  • Conduct online research and prepare documents
  • Update databases and document management systems
  • Provide general support to management, including managing special projects
  • Experience in a multicultural environment

Required Skills

  • Training in secretarial or executive assistance
  • Proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication abilities
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • In-depth knowledge of computer tools (Office suite, project management software, ERP, etc.)

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of the Canadian market and its business culture 
  • Certification in project management or business administration
  • Social media or digital marketing skills
  • Knowledge of Odoo
