We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Microsoft 365 Trainer to provide effective training sessions that empower internal and external users to master Microsoft 365 tools in a practical and impactful way.
Responsabilites
- Deliver training sessions on Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and more
- ITeach and enhance skills in collaborative tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Yammer.
- Provide advanced training on tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Planner, Forms, Stream, and Viva
- Customize training content to meet the specific needs of participants (from beginners to advanced users)
- Develop interactive materials: practical guides, video tutorials, and case studies
- Update training materials to include the latest Microsoft product features
- Provide personalized follow-up to ensure full adoption of the tools
- Stay up-to-date with Microsoft 365 updates and new features
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, pedagogy, or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in training or technical support for Microsoft 365
- Fluency in French is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and e-learning platforms
- Basic Tools: Word, Excel (formulas, charts, pivot tables), PowerPoint (interactive presentations), Outlook (advanced email management)
- Collaboration Tools: Microsoft Teams (calls, meetings, collaboration), OneDrive (sharing and synchronization), SharePoint (site creation and management)
- Advanced Tools: Power BI (analytics and reporting), Power Automate (process automation), Power Apps (custom app creation)
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration solutions (Planner, To Do, Forms)
- Strong pedagogical skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Excellent communication and adaptability to diverse user profiles (from beginners to advanced)
Nice to Have
- Fluency in professional English is an asset
- Microsoft certifications such as MCT, Microsoft 365 Certified, etc.
- Ability to propose innovative solutions for optimizing Microsoft tools and addressing specific challenges
- Expertise in IT project management and deploying Microsoft 365 solutions within organizations
