We are looking for an autonomous Heavy-Duty Transport Operations Dispatcher to work closely with our sales team based in Canada and our drivers. You will be responsible for organizing and planning transportation operations, ensuring route optimization and meeting delivery deadlines.
Working hours are adjusted to meet the operational needs of Canada.
Responsabilites
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee transport operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods
- Use the ERP system to manage and optimize driver routes
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from third parties (drivers, clients, sales teams, etc.)
- Proactively communicate with the sales team in Canada to ensure smooth coordination of operations
- Maintain close relationships with drivers to ensure they have all necessary information for their tasks
- Analyze and understand customer needs to offer suitable solutions
- Monitor and report on operational performance and KPIs
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Proven experience of more than 3 years as a heavy-duty transport dispatcher.
- Fluency in French, both oral and written, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Strong commercial skills, with the ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
Nice to Have
- Good knowledge of English, enabling smooth communication with English-speaking partners and client
- Additional languages
