We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to establish, lead, and optimize HR procedures within our company. As the HR Manager, you will be the strategic and operational driving force of the department, ensuring effective talent management, legal compliance, and overall business performance. You will play a key role in supporting both management teams and employees, while fostering the development of a positive and inclusive HR culture.
Responsibilities
- Implement and optimize HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, development, assessment, internal mobility and offboarding)
- Manage the entire recruitment process, in collaboration with managers: drafting offers, selecting candidates, interviews and integrating new recruits in Tunisia and Canada
- Ensure the administrative management of human resources: employment contracts, monitoring of absences, management of leave, and updating of personnel files
- Ensure compliance with the Tunisian labor code and collective agreements
- Manage the payroll process in collaboration with financial services and ensure proper management of social security contributions
- Ensure the monitoring of social benefits and the updating of employment contracts
- Promote a positive corporate culture by creating and hosting internal events
- Manage the disciplinary process in the event of non-compliance with company rules and ensure its fair application and compliance with legislation
- Support managers in managing internal conflicts and social relations
- Implement a regular and structured performance evaluation system
- Provide accurate and regular HR reporting (performance indicators, turnover, absenteeism, employee satisfaction, etc.)
Required Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Management or Business
- Minimum 3 to 7 years of proven experience in a strategic and operational HR role. Maximum age: 35
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
- Mastery of the recruitment process from A to Z, particularly in the technology, marketing and telesales sectors
- Mastery of HR tools – knowledge of Odoo ERP is a real asset
- In-depth knowledge of the IRPP code and its mechanisms
- Regular legal monitoring of legal, fiscal and social developments
- Analytical mind, ability to propose innovative HR solutions
- Natural leadership, excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills

- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus
- Additional languages

- First successful experience in international recruitment, particularly for the Canadian market
- Certification in human resources management, payroll or social law
