We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Functional Odoo Specialist to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing business processes using the Odoo framework. You will be involved in analyzing client needs, configuring Odoo modules, and providing user support while working closely with both technical and functional teams.

Responsabilites

  • Analyze client needs and configure Odoo modules according to business processes
  • Provide user training and functional support to ensure optimal adoption of the Odoo system
  • Manage user access and configure roles and permissions in Odoo
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deploy customized solutions and optimize existing features
  • Support users in getting familiar with the tool and resolve functional issues related to Odoo
  • Identify and resolve functional issues related to Odoo
  • Propose continuous improvements to Odoo processes and modules

Required Skills

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a similar field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in functional Odoo management
  • Proficiency in Odoo modules and associated business processes
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Strong understanding of client needs and the ability to translate them into Odoo solution
  • Experience with API integrations or custom Odoo modules

Nice to Have

  • Odoo certification 
  • Additional language skills
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience in integrating Odoo with other systems or APIs
