Telesales Representative – Handling, Lifting, and Construction Equipment (Canadian Market)

We are looking for an experienced B2B Telesales Representative to join our team, working on behalf of a Canadian client specializing in the rental and sale of construction equipment, including handling, lifting, and heavy-duty machinery. If you have at least 5 years of telesales experience and an excellent command of spoken and written French, this opportunity is for you.

Working hours adapted to the Canadian market: From 1 PM to 10 PM or from 2 PM to 11 PM with a one-hour break.

Responsabilites

  • Managing incoming and outgoing calls: Contact prospects and respond to client inquiries regarding heavy-duty transport services and construction equipment.
  • Negotiation and sales: Present products and services, negotiate contracts, and close sales
  • Client advising: Assist clients in choosing equipment based on their specific needs
  • Follow-up and retention: Ensure post-sales follow-up and develop long-term relationships with clients
  • Activity reports: Write regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales (inbound and outbound), preferably in the transportation, material handling, or construction equipment sectors
  • Solid knowledge of handling, lifting, and construction equipment is essential to understand technical needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
  • Strong negotiation skills, ability to argue and close sales
  • Ability to collaborate with different internal teams and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Independent management of priorities and client follow-ups

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B sales in the Canadian market
  • Knowledge of the Odoo ERP system
  • English proficiency
