We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Developer / Sales Executive to join our team. The primary mission will be to prospect new clients and expand our portfolio in the French and Canadian markets. The role also involves continuously monitoring emerging trends and opportunities in these regions to strengthen our market positioning, increase our market share, and maintain strong relationships with our existing clients—especially in Canada. We are seeking a profile that combines strategic thinking, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive mindset to support Kiffcom’s long-term growth..

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, management, management information systems, or any other related field
  • At least 3 years of successful experience in a similar role (business development, account management, sales...)
  • Fluent in French (written and spoken); a good command of English is also required to communicate with international clients
  • Strong understanding of digital culture and solid knowledge of IT and marketing environments
  • Recognized for your interpersonal skills, ability to persuade, and results-oriented mindset
  • Autonomous, well-organized, with a strong team spirit and a passion for challenges
  • Proficient in CRM tools, especially Odoo, or willing to learn and adopt them quickly

Nice to Have

  • Certifications in sales, digital marketing, or IT (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

Responsabilites

  • Actively develop our presence in the Canadian, French, and Swiss markets through targeted B2B prospecting efforts
  • Identify the needs of prospects in IT services, digital marketing, and outsourcing, and respond with tailored, relevant solutions
  • Contribute to customer loyalty by providing proactive, personalized, and high-quality follow-up with existing clients
  • Help drive market expansion and grow the company’s client portfolio
  • Promote Kiffcom’s brand image during events, meetings, and through regular communication with partners
  • Present service offerings in a clear, impactful, and client-focused manner
  • Collaborate closely with IT, marketing, and HR teams to ensure a seamless and effective customer experience
  • Efficiently use the Odoo CRM tool to track leads and optimize the sales cycle
