We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Owner to join our team and lead the development of an innovative home healthcare application. This project is a collaboration with a Canadian startup and aligns with our mission to improve the quality of life for elderly individuals and those with disabilities.

Responsabilites

  • Lead the Product: Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the goals of an innovative startup
  • Manage the Backlog: Prioritize features based on the needs of Tunisian and Canadian users and ensure timely delivery
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the development team, designers, and clients to deliver a high-quality product
  • User Interface: Collect feedback from end users, particularly in the healthcare field, and translate it into clear requirements for the team
  • Innovate: Identify new opportunities to enhance the product within the context of home healthcare

Required Skills

  • Engineering degree or Master’s in Information Technology (IT)
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Product Owner, ideally in a startup or a healthcare-related project
  • Knowledge: Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Trello)
  • Expertise: Excellent skills in priority management, communication, and problem-solving
  • Qualities: Creative mindset, adaptability, attention to detail, and user-centered focus. An interest in healthcare and technology is a strong asset

Nice to Have

  • Proficiency in English 
  • Certifications in Product Management or Project Management
  • Knowledge of health-related regulations (e.g., ISO standards for healthcare services management)
  • Familiarity with data security regulations and requirements
