We are looking for a passionate and methodical Project Manager to drive our projects with ClickUp expertise and ensure consistent success for our clients. As a Project Manager at Kiffcom Tunisie, you will be the engine of our projects, from planning to delivery. You will use ClickUp to structure workflows, collaborate with our teams, and optimize the efficiency of every project.
Responsabilites
- Project Planning: Develop and monitor project schedules, define milestones, and ensure deadlines are met
- ClickUp Administration: Configure ClickUp, create automations, manage tasks, and ensure optimal tool usage for the team.
- Progress Monitoring: Oversee project progress, provide regular reports, identify risks, and coordinate solutions with stakeholders
- Team Coordination: Facilitate communication between internal teams (development, marketing, etc.) and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements in project management processes by making the most of ClickUp
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, ideally in a dynamic environment (agency, startup, etc.)
- ClickUp expertise: Solid experience with ClickUp
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Nice to Have
- ClickUp certification
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Experience with other project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello)
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2)
