We are looking for a Telemarketer specialized in heat pumps. If you have proven experience in selling heat pumps, knowledge of the Canadian market, and are fully bilingual, this position is for you!
Work hours adjusted to the Canadian market: From 5 PM to 2 AM, with a one-hour break.
Responsabilites
- Contact prospects and clients in Canada to promote and sell heat pumps
- Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions
- Provide regular follow-ups with existing prospects and clients to retain and close sales
- Maintain up-to-date information in an ERP system
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand our market presence
- Work closely with commercial and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in heat pump sales and knowledge of the Canadian market
- Languages: Fully bilingual in French and English (oral and written)
- Proficiency in IT tools and ERP software
- Excellent persuasion and listening skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle objections

- Knowledge of Odoo
- Additional languages
- Knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems
- General certifications for HVAC systems (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning)
