We are seeking a motivated Telesales Representative to join our team and contribute to the promotion and sale of real estate training programs for the Canadian market.
Responsabilites
- Make outbound calls to prospects and clients in Canada to present and sell real estate training programs
- Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions
- Convert prospects into clients using effective sales techniques
- Provide post-sale follow-up to assess client satisfaction and uncover additional opportunities
- Manage prospect databases and update information in the ERP system
- Prepare regular reports on performance and achieved objectives
- Participate in team meetings to share best practices and align on goals
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)
- Strong understanding of the real estate sector and market challenges
- Proven experience in telesales
- Persuasive skills and excellent communication abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and active listening
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of the Canadian market
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly Odoo
- Certification or training in the real estate field
