We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team in Tunis. This key position, operated on behalf of one of our clients, manages the entire project lifecycle—from prospecting to invoicing—while ensuring smooth communication among all stakeholders. You will be at the heart of their operations, directly contributing to client satisfaction and enhancing their brand image.

Work location: On-site.

Working hours:

  • Summer: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (local time)
  • Winter: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (local time)

Responsabilites

  • Social Media Strategies: Actively contribute to the development of innovative marketing strategies, content creation, and video editing—especially for TikTok—to boost our client’s digital presence.
  • Freelance Agreements Management: Verify consultant information (legitimacy, rates, contract compliance) and coordinate the signing and archiving of contracts
  • Client Proposal Preparation: Write clear, coherent, and error-free proposals, ensuring all deliverables are included and approved by the client
  • Communication and Follow-up: Maintain smooth communication and rigorous follow-up between clients, consultants, and project managers throughout engagements, also facilitating appointment scheduling
  • CRM Management: Update all key information (new mandates, clients, consultants), attach documents, and log follow-ups
  • Invoicing: Prepare client invoices and carefully verify consultant invoices to prevent billing errors
  • Accounts Receivable Follow-up: Proactively monitor client payments, send reminders, and manage follow-ups to ensure the financial health of projects

Required Skills

  • Education: Bac +3 or Bac +5 in Marketing, Commerce, or related fields.
  • Languages: Perfect French (written and oral) is required
  • Experience: Significant experience in a similar position, ideally in a project management or service environment
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in office tools (Pack Office) and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Excellent skills in project management and project tracking
  • Great rigor, a keen sense of detail, and a critical mind
  • Experience in social media management, particularly TikTok, and video editing skills

Nice to Have

  • Proficiency in Odoo 
  • Additional Languages: English is a plus
  • Experience with international clients 
  • Advanced analytical skills in English
